Summerly Sherlock brings over a decade of communications experience to the WUDL team, specializing in content strategy, website management, multimedia storytelling, social media management, and data-driven analysis.

She firmly believes that education, collaboration, and public policy are essential for fostering students’ critical thinking and relationship-building skills. Summerly is dedicated to advancing WUDL’s mission by highlighting students’ achievements and advocating for the value of urban debate in education.

Drawing from her extensive experience in higher education and medical school communications, Summerly is well-equipped to support WUDL’s communication efforts.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of South Florida and a Master of Public Policy and Administration from Mississippi State University. Outside of work, Summerly enjoys the outdoors, gardening with her backyard chickens, and spending time with her family.
